Listening to the "Guitar Anthology", before even reading the text of Androulidakis, the first thought I had was that some pieces sound as if they were recorded by a full orchestra. Which is also mentioned in the musician's text. That the specific pieces were chosen because they lend themselves to what Androulidakis always aimed for, the illusion of a wider musical ensemble.
